United Church of Sun City will host their first monthly Speaker Series beginning with “Keeping Sun City Safe” on Tuesday, September 13 at 1:30 pm on the church campus.  Sun City residents who wonder who is keeping Sun City safe could find some answers by attending.  With 27, 650 homes in Sun City, it is apparent each resident needs to be aware of what is happening in their neighborhoods. Representatives of the Sun City Posse and Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) will be on hand to provide information about safety and security in the community.  It will be an informational program outlining how to start a Neighborhood Watch program in any neighborhood. This program is sponsored in conjunction with the Sun City Posse and MCSO. All are welcome whether you live in Sun City or another community. For more information, you may contact Maria at the Sun City Posse 623-972-2555 ext. 139.
