For our 2019 Annual Meeting SWAG, we chose items that are made of renewable resources (bamboo pen), are reusable/recyclable, and socially compliant. The water bottles are BPA/BPS free and union made in the US.
The supplier's website says this about certifying their sources for promotional products: "The Quality Certification Alliance or QCA is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization for the undisciplined promotional products industry. The accredited companies have met or exceeded national and international standards for; Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Security, Environmental Stewardship, Product Safety, and Social Compliance."
And then there’s THIS:
