Emmanuel PInes Camp is ready to adapt!

From the Director....

Dear Friends of Emmanuel Pines,

I know our team has been in contact with many of you over the past month but I also want to personally reach out with an update. The health and safety of our guests and team members is of utmost importance to us. So currently we're not hosting any group events over 10 people through the end of May and we’ll adjust that date as appropriate based on guidance from our government and medical authorities.

But please know that we miss you and we’re eager for the day where we can again serve you and your attendees with excellence in grace. You know COVID 19 has forced individuals and organizations around the world to assess their operations and consider adjustments that might be needed moving forward. For example we know that conferences and events will look different coming out of COVID 19 both in the short and possibly long terms.

So we're preparing plans that will enable us to host guests and events safely and effectively in that new normal. It's added an entirely new dimension to our purposeful hospitality focus in many areas. Cleaning and sanitizing protocols, food service, meeting room capacities and setups, physical distancing strategies, check in processes and much more. But we’ll be ready for you and your attendees when restrictions are eased.

We’re also praying for you. In fact if there is something our team could be praying specifically for please visit our website and submit that prayer request through our contact us link on our home page or simply reply to this email. It is always an honor and blessing for us to serve you with prayerful support, especially now. In these unprecedented times we remain strongly committed to our mission of loving God, loving others and assisting in making disciples.

We miss you, we’re praying for you, we're preparing for you, we’ll be ready for you and we look forward to seeing you soon. Stay safe, stay healthy, stay focused on Jesus.

Thank you and God Bless,

Kathi Terrell

Individual Cabins available at EPC!

Come stay in place at our place!!!

EPC is nestled on 60 acres in the cool pines of Prescott and available for your next get a way! In light of the current virus conditions we know that people are working from home and kids are out of school for a bit. Emmanuel Pines is the perfect place to escape the chaos and get your family out of the pitre dish in the city. All our cabins are sanitized, disinfected and have plenty of toilet paper! Here's what one of our recent guests had to say...

"The Bethany is a lovely little cabin in the peaceful Pine Forest. The setting is serene with the wind blowing through the pines and deer roaming the grounds. We saw half a dozen deer out the cabin window during our stay. The space has many thoughtful touches and offers everything you need in the kitchen. The sectional sofa is quite large, deep and extremely comfortable! This is a perfect cabin for a family to enjoy! Cindy and Kathi were great hosts and quick to respond to all messages. The extra instructions received after booking explaining how to get to the cabin were very helpful! We would return!" Angel
