Big news on our campaign to #FightMedicalDebt: The AZ Superior Court has ruled in favor of our ballot initiative against legal challenges from predatory debt collection agencies. We agree with the court’s ruling, because no one should lose their home due to unpaid medical bills.

The Predatory Debt Collection Protection Act will now be known as Prop 209!
