With its beginnings as an ecumenical inter-spiritual community in France, Taizé is an alternative form of worship, embraced by people of all faiths worldwide. This unique service includes soothing music, brief readings and silent meditation by candlelight. There is no sermon.

People from all walks of life and faiths are welcome. Many come to Taizé to appreciate the quiet meditation and lyrical songs, reflect on their journey through life and feel closer to the Spirit of God.

Carrying on the Taizé tradition and making this unique, meditative experience available to all is a vital part of our Church community. Taizé services are on the second Thursday of each month in the sanctuary of Casas Adobes Congregational Church, UCC. The service is held on the second Thursday of each month from 6:30 to 7:15 pm. Please join us in this unique spiritual experience!
