We’re experiencing an unusually high volume of emails, and you probably are, too! You can set up your email auto-respond message as a FAQ page. See how Rev. Seth Wispelwey at Rincon Congregational UCC is doing that:

Hello!

 Thank you for reaching out. Like most faith communities during this extraordinary time, Rincon UCC is "doing church" very differently. 

 First, we want to help meet the needs of our members and friends - many of whom fall into "high-risk" categories of vulnerability to the COVID-19 virus.

 If you are a member/friend of Rincon in need of food, resources, connection, technology tutoring, and more, please fill out THIS FORM. 

 If you are a member/friend of Rincon who can volunteer to help procure/cook for others, provide connection, and more, please fill out THIS FORM. 

 In addition to the connections/needs provided above, we will be creating content and connecting across a few online programs:

 1. Daily updates via e-newsletter. If you are a member/friend who does not receive the e-newsletters yet, please email office@rinconucc.org to join the list ASAP.

 2. Facebook livestreams of worship offerings, etc, and updates. Please 'like' our church's page at facebook.com/RinconCongregationalUCC and connect to others and church offerings there.

 3. YouTube Channel! I've created a channel on YouTube to upload more 'static' content from myself and hopefully other church member/friends! The opportunities are many - but things like devotionals, prayers, etc.  You can bookmark the link and subscribe HERE.

 4. Zoom! Zoom is a video conferencing platform that allows us to connect virtually and 'face-to-face.' You can also join meetings with your phone if your computer does not allow for the video part. We will have our regular book discussions, committee meetings, and other new creative connections via Zoom.  Go to https://zoom.us to download the program for your computer!

 I anticipate being slower to respond to many messages during this time, especially those that are not related to caring for our community and are not pandemic-related. Know that I am actively, daily engaged with leaders across the church and denomination, and we will make sure you are taken care of if in need!
