Ktizo UCC received a $2,000 Neighbors in Need grant for their outreach ministry to Burmese Refugee children. Volunteers host a Homework Club, helping elementary school students with their English and other school subjects. The grant will be an outreach to a member of the Burmese community to be a link/presence to the families of the students, providing other support services for their transition to living in US.
