Join AARP AZ the last Tuesday of every month in the Beatitudes Worship Center for a fun and interactive drum circle led by trained HealthRhythms® facilitator, Frank Thompson. Drum circles are a form of recreational music-making proven to reduce stress, boost the immune system, promote joy, a sense of well-being and to build community. All drums are provided.

Shepherd of the Hills offers a “Gentle Hatha Yoga” class on Saturday mornings from 8:30-10. The class centers on breath work, gentle movement, stretching, core strengthening, and finally—rest.

Len Silvester was honored and named “Pastor Emeritus” at Church of the Palms during worship on March 17. They celebrated with a potluck afterward during a "Celebrate Your Roots" program led by Brendan Mahoney and Daniel Rodriguez on immigration.
