We’re excited to provide you the guidelines and application process for the SWC Hybrid Church Grant.

The grant application has two parts: the coversheet that you complete, and a set of questions you answer. Both parts – cover sheet and essay answers – need to be received for COCAM B to consider your application. To begin, save the MSWord file by another name to allow editing, then complete the application. A PDF file is also provided for users using different word processing platforms.

You may return your completed application by email to Genevieve Benham gbenham@uccswc.org. COCAM B will review applications and make grant awards.
