Hey! What’s Our Whole Lives?
Our Whole Lives is a comprehensive, values-based, affirming, multi-age human sexuality curriculum… and every one of those adjectives is important! OWL is a joint project of the United Church of Christ and the Unitarian Universalist Association.
Join participants throughout the Southwest Conference for a 6-session online series for adults ages 55+. Topics include:
Sexuality and Aging
Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity
Intimacy and Boundaries
Body Image
We will be using Zoom video conference. Participants will need a laptop computer or other Internet-connected device with a camera and microphone.
When is this happening?
Participants can choose Sunday or Wednesday afternoons, 4 pm to 5:30 pm AZ / 5 pm to 6:30 pm NM-EP.
Sundays: September 4, 11, 18, October 2, 9, 16
Wednesdays: September 7, 14, 21, October 5, 12, 19
About the Our Whole Lives Older Adult Curriculum
The Our Whole Lives Older Adult curriculum takes a values-based, social justice approach to the sexuality of adults in midlife and beyond. This curriculum is designed to meet the needs of the rowing population of longer-lived adults for whom few sexuality resources have been created.
