Or maybe you’re an event planner and already have pulled off successful gatherings!
The Southwest Conference staff is putting together a planning team for our 2024 Annual Meeting. Our theme is “Expanding the Table: Creating a Tapestry of Voices and Experiences” to be held April 26 & 27 at Shepherd of the Hills UCC in Phoenix, Arizona.
We’re looking for a paid coordinator (read the job description here) and volunteer team members to help team leaders who will be responsible for different planning pieces such as lodging, meals (banquet, catering, etc.), transportation (to & from airport, hotel, and local church), workshops, worship, and tech.
The coordinator and team leaders will attend regular Zoom meetings with SWC staff and the local church team. The team members will help team leaders with planning and execution before and during the Annual Meeting.
