Hi Southwest Conference churches!
We are going to Western Regional Youth Event this summer in Long Beach, CA on June 23rd-27th!!! We want to help connect churches in our conference that might be interested in attending. I know churches in other conferences who don’t have youth are also hosting fundraisers to help youth from their conference be able to attend (it’s expensive!) This is a great way for all churches to get involved and help make this a possibility for our youth. Wherever you are if you’d like to learn more about it, sign up to host a fundraiser, or just gather and see how you can support the youth of our conference please click on the link below and let us know your availability so we can find the best time to meet. The cost of the event is $675 per participant. Cost includes:
Housing for 4 nights
12 meals
Worship and other programs (speakers, musicians, etc)
Transportation for service projects, and transportation and admission fee of $159 for our day at Disneyland.
$160 is needed for a deposit.

Who wants to go to California this summer?
Eight conferences with hundreds of UCC middle and high school students will spend five fun-filled days at California State University - Long Beach from June 23-27.
Three days will be filled with workshops, a service project, and an adventure day at Disneyland.
