Undocumented Workers and Families make up a vital part of our society and economy but due to the pandemic and the loss of jobs, many are struggling to survive. Our undocumented neighbors contribute to our economy, industries, and faith communities but are not eligible to receive unemployment benefits or most federal COVID-19 relief funds. These are our neighbors and as the faith community, we are called to care for one another, especially the most vulnerable in our midst. With our shared values, we know that there is much to be done together to support one another, especially our Undocumented Workers and Families that make up such a valued and vital part of our society and economy.
In partnership with a number of organizations, the Arizona Undocumented Workers Relief Fund is being gathered by the Arizona Community Foundation and provides essential support for rent, food and other life-critical essential needs as a result of the COVID-19 health and economic crisis.
