Ministry Moves

Rev. Elizabeth Youngberg is now serving as designated pastor with First Congregational UCC/Tempe "until our final decision on our church's future is known." (Moderator Larry Power)

Rev. Teresa Cowan Jones is serving Church of the Painted Hills/Tucson as interim pastor.

We commend Rev. Jones and Rev. Youngberg and the congregations they are serving to God with joy in their new ministries!

Church of the Beatitudes has called Rev. Tony Minear as senior pastor. Rev. Minear. We welcome Rev. Minear and his family to the Southwest Conference! And we rejoice with Church of the Beatitudes!

May the Holy Spirit fill these pastors abundantly with every gift required for meaningful ministry among God's people and in the larger community as they begin their new responsibilities.
