First Congregational of Prescott has a music group called Alter-Notes. They play a variety of instruments and sing pop, folk, blues, spirituals, calypso, Jazz, and even classical.

United Church of Santa Fe is showing the movie COCO on Nov 1st for All Saints Day. The movie follows the story of Coco, a young singer, who achieves his dream with the help of his great-abuelito and other long-departed saints. We hope all of us remember the saints in our own lives.

On Sunday Nov 2nd, at 2PM, Church of the Red Rocks in Sedona will host their Annual Barbershop Music Show featuring “Good harmonies and bad jokes!” Everyone welcome.

Church of the Palms will hold a Halloween costume party, picnic, and talent show on Oct 28th at 4PM.

On Nov 2nd from 4-8 pm and on Nov 3rd from 9-2, Church of the Painted Hills will host an Arts and Crafts Fair. Come shop!

Church of the Beatitudes has a new discussion group called “Conversations on things that matter” that meets after church on Sundays.

On Wed Oct 24th at 6 pm, Rincon UCC  and their guests will preview a movie, “Who is Dayani Cristal” the story of what a migrant from central America goes through to get to the US. This will be followed by a discussion with their guests around issues and truths raised in the film.

Scottsdale UCC will have its monthly community drum circle on Oct 28th from 4-6 PM

Church of the Good Shepherd in Albuquerque is collecting money to fill 100 boxes with Thanksgiving dinners for the local food pantry.

First Church Phoenix hosted 115 refugees last week and are still receiving more. In anticipation of future needs, First Church, Shadow Rock, Rincon, The Good Shepherd, and the SWC are in conversation about coordinating efforts.
