This is part of our WISE ministry (which aims to help the Church lessen the stigma around mental illness by being Welcoming, Inclusive, Supportive and Engaged). Our focus this spring is the youth mental health crisis. Join us in a safe space to talk more honestly and candidly about mental health issues pretty much everyone is facing in this time of pandemic, war, the pressures of social media, etc.

Whether or not your youth have been struggling, I’d encourage you to attend these discussions. Part of Sarah's approach involves empowering youth to know how to help a friend in crisis.
