Desert Palm UCC youth are participating in the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) walk on October 21st. You can donate to the cause and/or look for a walk in your city to support.
NAMI's work is very much in the spirit of our WISE ministry, in that both seek to eradicate the stigma around mental health issues and to provide education and support.

Any student in grades 8 -12 are encouraged to participate. The youth will be able to share stories and connect with each other and trusted adults.
