To highlight the importance of staying safe during the summer and spread awareness about the challenges of extreme heat, the National Weather Service, in partnership with the Arizona Department of Health Services & The City of Phoenix Heat Response and Mitigation Office, has developed an informative web resource.

Arizona Faith Network is working to establish new cooling centers throughout Maricopa County during the summer of 2022, Heat Relief Network. Starting June 13, our fellowship hall will become a heat respite cooling center.
